Information for providers of services to clients/members of: Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)

Submitting Claims

Claims are to be sent to Blue Cross or its agents and must be received within 18 months of the date of service.

Dental claims are to be sent through the referring CAF Dental Detachment Commander.

Claims Inquiries

Claims are to be submitted to Medavie Blue Cross within six months of the date the service was provided using the appropriate form or electronic format that applies to that health benefit.

Claims Inquiries

Claims are to be sent to Blue Cross or the RCMP Occupational Health Services Office and must be received within 18 months of the date of service.

Dental claims must be sent to Medavie Blue Cross. Claims can be submitted electronically through CDAnet.

Claims Inquiries

Claims are to be sent to Blue Cross or its agents and must be received within 18 months of the date of service.

Dentists may submit claims electronically when they are enrolled in the CDAnet program.

Veterans Independence Program (VIP) claims are to be sent to the National VIP Provider Payment Centre at Medavie Blue Cross and must be received within 18 months of the date of service.
